How Avanti Became Ujjain

The demon Taraka had three off-springs named Taarakaaksha, Kamalaaksha and Vidyunmaali. Shiva transforemd them to Chaamaram (fans)
Asuras restored by Amirtha TANK Created by MAYASURAN and Vishnu drank it
Tripurari (shiva) killed the DAITTYAS This Time.
Description of the chariot used in the war between Lord Shiva and Tripurasura. 

  1. sky as the roof, 
  2. Prithvi(Earth) as base 
  3. Four Vedas as horses   
  4. sun and moon was the wheels, 
    1. Meru as the Bow, 
    2. Vasuki as the string and 
    3. Vishnu was the arrow.
  5. bramha was the charioteer, 
Tripura: Tri means three, and pura means city. Tripura is the consciousness that operates in the three cities of
  1. Waking, 
  2. Dreaming, and 
  3. Deep Sleep, 
as well as the
  1. Conscious, 
  2. Unconscious, and 
  3. Subconscious aspects of mind. 
Sometimes conceptualized as the divine feminine (Shakti), compared to the divine masculine (Shiva), she permeates the three cities of the
  1. Gross world, 
  2. Subtle plane, and 
  3. Causal reality. 
Tripura also permeates the many other trinities such as the beingness inherent in
  1. past, 
  2. present and 
  3. future. 
 The quality of the three cities is an aspect of
  1. OM Mantra, 
  2. Gayatri Mantra, and 
  3. Mahamrityunjaya Mantra.
